Enterprise demand and AI security adoption drive continued global expansion
Cato Networks has announced that its annual recurring revenue (ARR) has exceeded $415 million, representing 42% year-over-year growth, as enterprise demand for cloud-native networking and security platforms continues to accelerate.
The company said momentum strengthened during the second quarter of 2026, driven by several multi-million-dollar ARR agreements with Fortune 500 and Global 2000 organizations across manufacturing, robotics, telecommunications, and data analytics. Cato now serves more than 4,800 enterprise customers worldwide.
“Surpassing $415 million in ARR validates what we are seeing across the market,” said Shlomo Kramer, Co-Founder and CEO of Cato Networks. “Enterprises increasingly require security, resilience, and agility to support AI-driven business transformation, and cloud-native platforms are becoming the foundation for that transition.”
Alongside its financial growth, Cato continued expanding its AI security portfolio. During the quarter, the company enhanced Cato AI Security with broader governance and protection capabilities for AI agents, enabling organizations to apply unified security policies across managed, locally deployed, and internally developed AI applications.
Cato also introduced an Agentic AI-based vulnerability mitigation capability that the company says can reduce the time between the disclosure of a new vulnerability and protection to approximately 45 minutes, significantly shortening traditional response times.
As part of its international expansion strategy, Cato opened its first dedicated AI Hub in London, strengthening its European presence and supporting future AI research and product development. The company also joined the OpenAI Daybreak Cyber Partner Program, announced new integrations with Cyera and CrowdStrike, and expanded its Zero Trust portfolio with the introduction of the Cato Enterprise Browser.
