Opsfleet Acquires Raven Data, Expanding Into Enterprise Data & AI Solutions

Opsfleet, a leading provider of end-to-end technology infrastructure services for startups, scaleup companies, and enterprises, announced today the acquisition of Raven Data, a boutique data and AI consultancy from the entrepreneur Omer Fogel. The deal, valued at several million shekels, marks a significant expansion of Opsfleet’s capabilities into the rapidly growing data and artificial intelligence domain.
With the acquisition, Opsfleet strengthens its position as a comprehensive technology partner, offering organizations a unified solution spanning cloud infrastructure design and deployment, modernization and scale, cost optimization, and now, full-cycle data engineering, analytics, and applied AI implementation.
Raven Data, founded in 2019 by Omer Fogel, a former IDF Intelligence Corps officer with entrepreneurial and managerial experience across multiple technology companies, specializes in modern data architecture, complex data engineering, AI agent development, and advanced analytics tailored to organizational needs. The company grew organically and profitably without external funding, beginning with consumer-behavior analytics for B2C companies and later expanding into enterprise data, analytics, and applied AI. Today, Raven Data serves leading tech firms and enterprises in Israel and has begun its expansion into European markets.
Opsfleet, founded by CEO Leonid Mirsky and CTO Alex Friedman, employs approximately 80 professionals and supports mission-critical processes such as scaling, cloud migration, modernization, and operating complex systems across cloud and hybrid environments. The company reports a sharp rise in demand for deep data and AI projects that require not only model development but robust architectural planning, integration with core systems, and production-grade execution.
Under the acquisition, Raven Data will operate as a dedicated professional unit within Opsfleet, maintaining its technical independence while accelerating its growth strategy in Israel and internationally, with emphasis on Europe and the UK.
“The market is moving beyond theoretical AI initiatives toward real, production-ready solutions that must integrate seamlessly into existing infrastructure,” said Opsfleet’s leadership. “Combined with Raven Data’s capabilities, Opsfleet is uniquely positioned to deliver practical, scalable, end-to-end solutions.”
The transaction underscores a broader industry shift: organizations increasingly seek partners capable of delivering AI and data solutions not as standalone initiatives, but as foundational components of their core technology stack. Opsfleet’s acquisition of Raven Data directly responds to this need.
