Circles Merges Operations with U.S.-Based Doss and Will Become the Company’s Israeli Business Center

Circles is merging its operations with U.S.-based Doss and will become the Israeli sales and marketing center for the company. The merger will include the integration and implementation of both companies’ platforms and technological solutions.

Circles provides a digital system for managing operational processes in companies operating in the construction and industrial sectors. The system is designed to replace manual and decentralized processes, such as the use of paper, Excel sheets, and phone calls, many of which are undocumented, with a simple, accessible mobile digital platform for field workers, requiring no technological background.

Circles was founded in 2019 by Amit Kochavi, who serves as CEO. The company raised $1.5 million from a group of investors including Yoav Chelouche, former CEO and president of Scitex; Gil Geva, Chairman of Tidhar Group; Mark Wiseman, partner and board member; entrepreneur and venture capital investor Esther Barak Landes; and Dean Factor, founder of Smashbox Cosmetics. The company’s clients include Tidhar Group, Polyram, Ashtrom, Beni & Tzvika, and Neuman Steel Group.

Traditional industries and services are undergoing significant changes driven by increasingly stringent regulatory requirements in areas such as safety, documentation, maintenance, and workforce management. Circles’ platform addresses a wide range of operational needs including equipment and vehicle management, employee management, safety procedures, quality control, health declarations and dedicated reports, service and maintenance requests, historical fault tracking, and the generation of digital forms, statistics, and reports.

Doss, headquartered in San Francisco, offers an advanced ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) platform called DossARP for managing business operations. The system integrates critical processes such as inventory management, order processing, procurement, manufacturing, finance, and accounting, utilizing business intelligence (BI) tools and advanced automation. Founded in 2022 by Wiley Jones (CEO) and Arnav Mishra (CTO), Doss has 30 employees and has raised $23.5 million to date from General Catalyst, Theory Ventures and Contrary. Its system is particularly suited for medium to large companies in industries such as manufacturing, retail, food, cosmetics, construction, and distribution, and features over 30 integrations with external systems. Doss currently serves customers in the U.S., Germany, Israel, and China.

The traditional ERP market has long been dominated by legacy systems characterized by outdated architecture, high implementation costs, and long deployment times. In many cases, these systems have become operational bottlenecks rather than business enablers. Doss entered the market with a new approach: a modular, cloud-based platform powered by automation and artificial intelligence, enabling fast implementation—sometimes within just a few weeks—and flexible customization to meet the changing needs of businesses.

Circles will change its name to Doss Israel following the merger and will serve as the company’s Israeli sales and marketing enter. Amit Kochavi will assume the role of GM of Doss Israel and Global Business Development Director at Doss, while Guy Frish will serve as Business Development Director at Doss Israel. Doss plans to expand its presence in Israel and hire business development professionals, marketing, and customer service staff.

Amit Kochavi: “We are excited to join forces with Doss and expand our operations in Israel and globally. Our goal is to bring Doss’s technological platform to small and large businesses—the backbone of the Israeli economy—to support their digital transformation, streamline processes, and foster growth. The integration of both companies’ tools and technologies will serve as a force multiplier for our current and future customers.”
