Now available from TTI, Inc. are Honeywell’s ABP pressure sensors offering industry-leading long-term stability

TTI, Inc., a world leading specialist distributor of electronic components, now stocks the basic amplified ABP series of pressure sensors from Honeywell in Europe. The piezoresistive silicon pressure sensors offer a ratiometric analog or digital output for reading pressure over the specified full scale pressure span and temperature range. The components are suitable for many commercial, industrial and medical applications.

ABP series sensors are fully calibrated and temperature compensated for sensor offset, sensitivity, temperature effects and accuracy errors (which include non-linearity, repeatability and hysteresis) using an on-board Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC). Calibrated output values for pressure are updated at approximately 1kHz for analog and 2kHz for digital.

Featuring industry-leading long-term stability of ±0.25%FSS and accuracy of ±0.25%FSS BFSL, the devices benefit from a total error band (TEB) of ±1.5%FSS, high burst pressures, a wide pressure range (60mbar to 10bar; 6kPa to 1MPa; 1psi to 150psi), as well as a small footprint.

Fully REACH and RoHS compliant and meeting IPC/JEDEC J-STD-020D.1 moisture sensitivity level 1 requirements, ABP series sensors also offer a sleep mode option, a temperature output option, as well as a liquid media option.
