Mini-Circuits’ Ultra-Wideband Instrument Amplifier Supports Applications from 0.8 to 21GHz

Mini-Circuits’ TVA-82-213A+ benchtop instrument amplifier provides extremely wideband performance with 25dB gain and ±3.0dB gain flatness across the entire 0.8 to 21GHz frequency range, ideal for wideband test instrumentation and lab use. This model achieves +24 dBm output power at 1dB compression, +30dBm OIP3, 3dB noise figure, 70dB reverse isolation, and good input/output matching across its entire operating frequency range (1.35 input VSWR, 1.4 output VSWR). The amplifier is unconditionally stable and is capable of withstanding open and short loads while delivering output power up to P1dB. It features a built in 110/220VAC power supply, making it easy to use in most lab environments, and it comes in a compact, light-weight aluminum alloy case (15.35×8.27×3.25”) with SMA connectors, perfect for bench-top use.
