TTI IP&E Europe partners with Advanced Energy to offer modular, configurable power supplies in a Quick-Turn Program ideal for design engineers

The ‘3×5’ Program enables fast configuration of modular power supplies tested to UL certification

Maisach-Gernlinden, 24 February 2025 – TTI IP&E – Europe, a leading specialty distributor of electronic components, has announced its partnership with Advanced Energy to offer the innovative 3×5 Quick-Turn Program. This unique initiative enables faster design and application prototyping for design engineers, with the ability to order up to three configured power supplies that will be programmed and safety tested within five days. Combining Advanced Energy’s class-leading modular power technology with TTI’s extensive inventory, the program delivers a wide range of UL-certified modular power solutions with unprecedented speed.

Ros Kruger, Technical Marketing Director at TTI IP&E – Europe, is excited about the new offering: “Our partnership with Advanced Energy transforms the way we support our customers’ needs for power solutions. With our extensive inventory position, we can now assemble and ship modular power solutions within a few weeks. This groundbreaking service capability provides engineers with samples and buyers with low-volume prototype testing quantities. In addition, all the modular power supplies are tested and meet UL safety requirements.”

“We are excited to announce that our long-standing collaboration with TTI Europe has been expanded to include the 3×5 program. This enhancement will provide European customers with a competitive edge by offering faster access to Advanced Energy’s off-the-shelf modular power supply technology,” said Arno Winkler, VP Sales EMEA I&M, Advanced Energy. “With expedited lead times, customers can now obtain production specification units more quickly, helping to accelerate their testing processes and reduce time to market.”

The 3×5 Program will initially focus on Advanced Energy’s Artesyn® family of modular power supplies, renowned for their high efficiency and compact, rugged design, and configurable features. TTI Europe and Advanced Energy plan to extend the program to include the Excelsys range of power supplies, further broadening the options available to customers.
