The Mini-Circuits’ SSG-44G-RC is a 0.1 to 44 GHz signal source with an RF output range of -40 to +17 dBm. Versatile enough to support automation via USB and Ethernet, the SSG-44G-RC also supports CW and pulsed (≥ 0.5 μs) outputs while sweeping and hopping between power levels and frequencies. High spectral purity ensures that phase noise levels are better than -100 dBc/Hz at 44 GHz and -132 dBc/Hz at 1 GHz at 100 kHz offset. Exceptional frequency accuracy of ± 1ppm is achieved by using the internal 10 MHz reference.
The SSG-44G-RC signal source is cost effective, and includes features found in benchtop equivalents that cost several times as much. Applications include 5G, Wi-Fi and semiconductor production test.
For a compact, robust and reliable mmWave signal generator with a 2.92 mm female connector that combines programmability with fine frequency and power resolution, check out the SSG-44G-RC from Mini-Circuits.
