XP Power announces Pan-European distribution agreement with Distrelec

XP Power has signed a Pan-European distribution agreement with Distrelec. The new partnership will allow the major specialist component distributor to sell XP Power’s entire standard product portfolio across Europe through its website and direct sales channels.

XP Power’s AC-DC power supply range of ITE and medical safety-certified products covers power outputs from 3 Watts to 5,000 Watts and includes open-frame, enclosed, desktop, plug-in wall mounted, DIN rail, and PCB mounted units. Many units also conform to the current Level VI energy efficiency specifications requirements and have efficiencies up to 95 per cent.

DC-DC converters, including those certified for use in medical and railway applications, range from 0.25 Watts to 750 Watts output and are available in SMD, through-hole, baseplate cooled, and chassis mount configurations. Low-cost switching regulators also form part of the DC-DC converter line up.

High voltage power supplies are also included in the extensive portfolio, including low power miniature PCB mounted models offering voltages up to 25kV.

“We’re delighted to be partners with Distrelec for the distribution of our full standard product range,” says Steve Head, Marketing Director, XP Power. “With their strategy of rapid new product introduction, and exceptional customer support, focusing on similar markets to ourselves, they are an ideal partner for XP Power in Europe.”

Raj Patel, Managing Director, Distrelec, declares: “We are delighted to be part of the XP Power distribution network. Distrelec is well-positioned to extend the reach of XP Power products through our large customer base across Europe. We look forward to offering customers an exciting new range of high-quality power products that closely fits the growing demand of our diverse customers’ needs.”
