As an industry first in this space, NXP is also honored to have been selected as a Golden Unit candidate for Zigbee Smart Energy v1.4 certification. This comprehensive solution pairs essential hardware and software with added embedded security to reduce the complexities in developing smart and secure gas, water or electricity meters and energy communications hubs. NXP makes this announcement at European Utility Week (EUW) , taking place October 3-5 in Amsterdam, where it will collaborate withleading smart energy solutions provider, EDMI Europe Limited to exhibit and demonstrate this new solution.
