Analog Devices Posts Record Q3 Revenue as Industrial and Data Center Demand Accelerates

Analog Devices (ADI) reported record revenue of $4.02 billion for its fiscal third quarter of 2026, up 40% year over year, driven by strong demand across industrial, data center and communications applications.

The company’s Industrial business generated approximately $1.97 billion, representing 49% of total revenue and an increase of 53% compared with the same quarter last year. Communications revenue rose even faster, climbing 84% year over year to approximately $655 million, while Automotive revenue increased 16% to nearly $1 billion.

ADI said demand strengthened across its product portfolio and geographic regions during the quarter. CEO and Chair Vincent Roche pointed to continued investment in innovation, customer collaboration and manufacturing capabilities as the company positions its technologies for growing demand associated with AI-era infrastructure and the physical edge.

The semiconductor manufacturer also reported a significant improvement in profitability, with operating income nearly doubling year over year to $1.61 billion and diluted earnings per share reaching $2.74, compared with $1.04 a year earlier.

Looking ahead, Analog Devices expects an even stronger fourth quarter, forecasting revenue of approximately $4.3 billion, plus or minus $100 million. The company said continued demand momentum gives it confidence heading into fiscal 2027.
