Unframe, the managed AI delivery platform for global enterprises, today announced it has crossed $100 million in total contract value (TCV) in twelve months, with 400% net revenue retention, and a customer base spanning enterprises across global markets. The milestone places Unframe among the fastest-scaling enterprise AI companies in history — and reflects a structural shift in how the Fortune 500 is finally moving AI from pilot to production.
To accelerate that momentum, Unframe also announced $50 million in additional funding led by Highland Europe, with participation from existing investors Bessemer Venture Partners, Craft Ventures, TLV Partners, Third Point Ventures, Cerca Partners, and Vintage Investment Partners. This brings Unframe’s total funding to $100 million.
Where Real Change is Happening
Enterprise AI is in the middle of a noisy moment. Boards have mandated transformation, budgets have been committed, and pilots have launched across every function — yet most Fortune 500 AI initiatives stall before reaching production. The signal is getting lost in a flood of generalized platforms, agent demos, and tools that promise transformation but deliver only management-layer productivity.
Unframe solves this by acting as a managed AI delivery platform that turns enterprise needs and use cases into fully tailored, complete AI solutions in days. Powered by deep technical building blocks and its open platform — The Framery — Unframe integrates seamlessly with each customer’s existing AI program and core systems.
“Every enterprise we speak with has a backlog of high-impact AI use cases and almost nothing in production,” said Shay Levi, CEO and Co-Founder of Unframe. “We built Unframe to close the gap between ambition and execution. This $100M TCV milestone in twelve months proves enterprises will move fast when they have a delivery model built for how they actually operate.”
Customer Momentum and Validation
Unframe’s growth reflects a repeatable customer pattern: an enterprise hits a major operational bottleneck, brings it to Unframe, and has a tailored, production-grade solution running inside its environment within days. From there, deployments compound across the organization — the dynamic that drives Unframe’s 400% net revenue retention.
“Scaling AI requires a smart ‘build, buy, or borrow’ approach. For us, Unframe provides a clear ‘buy’ path, with reusable foundations that drastically shorten the road to impact,” said Phillip Lockhard, Chief Digital Officer & Partner at Credera. “What sets them apart is their deeply collaborative spirit. Unframe doesn’t just provide a tool; they bring the thoughtfulness and partnership that drive real results.”
“Crossing $100 million TCV within a year shows enterprises are ready to commit when the solution matches their reality,” said Larissa Schneider, COO and Co-Founder of Unframe. “Every customer behind that milestone faced a major operational bottleneck, needed something tailored, and got it into production in days. That’s the model — and we’re building the team to deliver it at scale.”
Fueling the Next Phase: $50M to Accelerate Growth
The funding round accelerates what the TCV milestone makes clear: enterprise demand for tailored, production-grade AI is outpacing supply, and Unframe intends to meet it at the pace its customers require.
“Almost any decision-maker at any company can describe AI use cases that would be game-changing for their business,” said Jacob Bernstein, Principal at Highland Europe. “The challenge is what happens next. Moving from idea to something that actually works in production is where most initiatives stall. Unframe is closing that gap — turning ideas into fully functioning solutions within weeks. We heard the same thing from customer after customer: “I didn’t believe it at first. Then I saw it. Now we’re rolling out our next ten use cases.”
With the new funding, Unframe will scale its delivery capacity, deepen platform investment, and expand the senior leadership team driving the next phase of the company’s growth.
