ICR announces significant Chemical Injection contract awards

ICR Integrity (ICR), a leading global provider of integrated maintenance and integrity solutions to the oil and gas, power, chemical and nuclear industries, has been awarded two significant contracts with major North Sea operators extending their commitment and building on well-established long-term relationships.  The contacts total a seven-figure sum for the provision of chemical injection rental equipment and the ongoing maintenance of online in-service equipment.

These contracts provide support to over 100 chemical injection assets within the North Sea alone, – the scope of work includes 24/7 support, testing, inspection and training. The specialist division provides pneumatic and electric driven chemical injection pump services with one of the largest rental fleets in Europe.

Alongside rental management, ICR offers bespoke engineered design, manufacture and testing of chemical injection packages for clients around the world. All ICR’s chemical injection packages are tested and certified by in-house technicians to API 675.

With a potential pipeline of work valued at an eight-figure sum, ICR has been supporting major operators for over 25 years through its rapid response service. With a long-term track-record in the oil and gas sector, the specialist team has expanded into the mid and downstream markets working with a major European chemical supplier to support all sites within the UK and Europe for chemical injection services.

Willie Rennie, ICR CEO, said: “The support we offer our UK-based and global clients offers short-term, long-term or permanent bespoke engineered solutions.  Our fully managed rental service offers a truly cost-effective approach to pump management and we are proud to provide our clients with zero equipment downtime between changeovers due to the back to back service. Now more than ever, our clients and the wider industry need responsive and immediate support.  From design through to service support we ensure all rental and project equipment supplied will be fit for purpose with the integrity of our clients’ assets as the main focus at all times.”

With a continued focus on growing its global footprint and client offering, during the last 24 months ICR further expanded its operations in Norway, the Middle East and USA investing in its international infrastructure and global headcount.  The firm continues to invest in its international expansion to support client requirements and provide key sectors around the world with integrity and maintenance solutions.
