Solid State Supplies Ltd announces new partnership with VPT, Inc. to deliver power solutions for mission critical applications

16^th April 2018 – Solid State Supplies Ltd. is pleased to announce that it has been appointed as the sole and exclusive representative / distributor in the UK & Eire for high reliability power modules and other products from VPT, Inc.

Under the new agreement, Solid State Supplies will provide pre- and post-sales support for the entire product line from VPT, Inc. including a broad range of DC-DC converters, EMI filters, inrush current limiters and thermal pads that are specifically designed for high reliability applications including military and commercial avionics, weapons and defence systems and ground based vehicles.

Additionally, Solid State will also be offering the MIL-PRF-38534 space qualified DC-DC converters and EMI filters for the most demanding applications.

VPT, Inc. has 20 years of experience in the design and manufacture of modules and products for high reliability applications. Each and every device is designed specifically for its intended use and VPT, Inc. never ‘upscreens’ lower-grade devices for use in hi-rel applications. Solid State has 40 years of providing in-depth technical support to engineers in the UK & Eire, with a particular focus on hi-rel applications.
