The Paying Jacket

MasterCard introduces a special jacket that enables contactless payment by clicking on sleeve

As part of the global golf tournament at Royal Troon, MasterCard, acting as the official sponsor of the tournament, allowed all event visitors who are MasterCard credit card holders, to use the contactless payment technology. However, the official news was the launch of a special jacket that allows contactless payments. The jacket allows payment by clicking on the sleeve and is an example of a future transition to payments by wearing everyday products such as rings, bracelets and clothing.

MasterCard recently introduced an advanced and safe shopping experience, which includes a variety of options for contactless payments for example: mobile devices, selfies, fingerprint and clothing items.
