Over 150 global start-ups registered for the Ericsson Garage Startup Challenge 2017 which concluded on September 5th with a Dragon’s Den-style panel at the Ericsson Studio in Stockholm.

The competition was a collaboration between the STHLM Tech Fest and the Ericsson Garage and offered entrepreneurs a chance to be considered for a venture capital investment and technology incubation through the Ericsson Garage global network.

The judges, which included Tanya Marvin Horowitz and Ville Heikkenin of Butterfly Ventures, and Bֳrje Ekholm, President and CEO of Ericsson, ultimately choose Hiveonline as the overall winner of the 2017 competition. Hiveonline provides solutions for routine tasks such as invoice payment, supply chain management and payroll – allowing business owners to focus on their core business rather than administrative tasks.
